Tour Rewards Rules and Regulations

1. Membership in Tour Rewards will be granted by Adastra Metro Golf, LLC through enrollment as a KCmetroGolf.com Member.
   
2. As a Tour Rewards Member, an Award will be automatically deposited into your account within 1 week of any earning.
   
3. Earnings are based on the following awards:

   Rate a course	25 points
   Book a vacation	3,000 points
   Book a full price tee time* at a $ course	400 points
   Book a full price tee time* at a $$ course	500 points
   Book a full price tee time* at a $$$ course	700 points
   Book a full price tee time* at a $$$$ course	1,000 points

* A full price tee time is defined as a reservation for four golfers paying normal rates.  Discount tee times booked through the "Tee Time Specials" button do not qualify for Tour Reward Points.  If your reservation includes fewer than four golfers, you will receive credit for the number of golfers in your group in proportion to the scale above.  For example, a twosome booked at a $$$$ course would earn 500 points while a threesome at a $ would earn 300 points.

4. To obtain credit for each tee time, you must play golf at the specified course, date, and time.
   
5. To obtain credit for each vacation, you must travel to the specified location on the specified date, and time.
   
6. All credits earned do not expire as long as your account shows activity within a 365 day period.
7. The following are ineligible for credit in Tour Rewards: free vacations, tee times, or other awards offered through KCmetroGolf.com or other affiliates of Adastra Metro Golf, LLC.
8. Membership in the Tour Rewards Program is for individual golfers only. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine credits with other Members. Members are limited to one account. Corporations and other entities may not be enrolled as Members.
   
9. Credits can only be earned by the person whose name appears in the Tour Rewards account and who actually earns the Tour Rewards points, regardless of who plays with or travels with the member. The membership is nontransferable.
   
10. Adastra Metro Golf permits minors (children under the age of 18) to become Members of the Tour Rewards program. Awards received through the minor’s accumulation of Tour Rewards credits will be deposited into the minor's account. Award notifications will be sent to the minor’s address on record (not necessarily the address of the parent). In a divorce situation, either parent or guardian who wishes to challenge the address on record will be required to provide Adastra Metro Golf with court orders indicating which parent or guardian has the legal right to establish the address of the minor. Adastra Metro Golf will not be responsible for replacing credits sent to the address previously on record.
    
11. Awards are valid for one individual greens fee. Adastra Metro Golf will work to fulfill all requests for awarded golf withing 48hrs.  However, there is no guarantee that the requested tee time will be fulfilled.  Adastra Metro Golf will contact the member with the closest possible tee time to the requested data and time.  Adastra Metro Golf is not responsible for unfulfilled requests.
    
12. In the event that a requested tee time goes unfulfilled, Adastra Metro Golf will credit the member's Tour Reward account with the number of points that were redeemed in the initiating request.
    
13. Tour Rewards Awards are non-transferable.
    
14. Awards may be subject to blackout dates, depending on the requested course, date, and time.
    
15. Reservations are required prior to arrival at the golf course for use of Awards and must be made through KCmetroGolf.com or via email through webmaster@kcmetrogolf.com. All award golf will require proof of reservation and award redemption.  A confirmation email confirming the award tee time, date, and time will suffice as proof.
    
16. If you ask to use an Award on a date for which no tee times are available, we will accommodate you on the nearest date for which tee times are available.
    
17. In addition to Awards, Adastra Metro Golf may from time to time offer "bonus" awards or credits, partnership programs, or promotional incentives for Tour Rewards Members' use. Such offers are not a part of the program’s formal award structure and may be temporary. Adastra Metro Golf reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. The offers are void where prohibited by law.
    
18. Address or name change requests may be submitted in writing to 7900 Aberdeen. Prairie Village, KS 66208. The written request must contain your signature and membership username. Or you can edit your account online at http://www.kcmetrogolf.com/Forum/my_account.asp. Award notification will be mailed to the address of record. Tour Rewards Members are responsible for notifying Tour Rewards immediately of any change of address. Please note: Adastra Metro Golf periodically updates Tour Rewards mailing addresses automatically through change of address forms submitted to the U.S. Postal Service. In addition, Adastra Metro Golf may, from time to time, share information about Tour Rewards Members with other businesses, who may make special offers available through direct contact. If you do not want your address updated by this means, you must notify Tour Rewards either by phone or in writing.
    
19. All transactions in the Tour Rewards program are subject to review and adjustment by Adastra Metro Golf. Adastra Metro Golf will cancel your account and Awards if misuse or violation of Tour Rewards rules is detected.
    
20. All taxes that may be imposed on Awards or on Award golf are the responsibility of the recipient.
    
21. Adastra Metro Golf reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.
